Can someone give me a url, or something, for a tuturial to make, like colored metal wires?
For making a type of interface for a web page?

Wires are a pretty basic matter. Most of the tutorials you will find are exactly the same.

Make a path and stroke it. (Or use a brush but they won't be as crisp.)

Use either the Gaussian blur --> Lighting effects combo or layer styles to give it the 3D look.

I used layer (effects)styles to make [url=http://www.krets.net]these{/url} on my old interface.

You could always check out neofrogs tutorials at http://www.neofrog.com/tutorials.html

You'll find tut's for wires, overlappng wires, pipes, segmented pipes..

...think you got the picture, heh..
