Preserved Topic: attempt at doing a preloader... need help (as usual) (Page 1 of 1)

i added a 100% x 100% layer, visible
then a body onload preloader and an onload hide layer (the big one)
the problem is that the layer seems to stay visible sometimes, even though the images are loaded, and even if the layer is hidden after the preload, the other show/hide layer behaviours do not work

eg. in my page, those small coloured buttons should switch between some layers (pages)
it worked fine until i added the preloader

anyone know how to make it work? or at least what the problem between the preloader and the other show/hide layer behaviours is?

just to be on the safe side:
the preloader disappears and the whole page is loaded, the mouseovers work fine, and the switching between pages with the small buttons too?

i get a weird error, something like:
error on line 98, char 2, function oScroll is undefined, code 0

but then again, it must be my stupid computer if it works fine for you...
