Preserved Topic: cheap software? Photoshop for $50? (Page 1 of 1)

I don't know if this has been posted already, but I came across this today: http://www.cdatlow.com/sale/index.html

Supposedly they can sell for so cheap because they are selling OEM versions (i.e. no packaging, no printed materials, no support, no warranty), but the fact that the say the software comes from Eastern Europe and that they need a special Service Pack patch for WindowsXP and OfficeXP makes me a little wary.

So, too good to be true?

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.

Why you guys keep opening spam messages.
When you open them, they get to know it, because the logs will show, and they'll keep spamming.
Just delete them, don't be curious, and don't even open them.

Who said I opened spam? I was doing research for this quarter's software purchases and stumbled onto it.

I should have guessed that the topic had been discussed already though. Feel free to close this one since the previous thread addressed the issue.
