What is the background color of the Asylum?

This is an important issue as you need it for transparent gifs and the like. There are two colours in use just to add a little spice to the situation. They are:

#320808 and #240000

and the average is:

HEX: #2b0404

RGB: 43 : 4 : 4

To keep things very simple a heretical sect of inmates believe the One True Background Colour is #280404 (40 : 4 : 4) but they are a bunch of splitters and will be burnt. Under no circumstances should you use this background colour - on pain of death.
