I'd like to see a repost of the New York Timesquare panorama. Can't remember who did that...but right up there. =)

Yes that was a good one NoJive, I like that too. It was posted by bramer I found the thread PANORAMIC 360º NYC but the link to the 360 panoramic does not work now.

Nice milestone too, 100 POW's I'll have to get some photos in to celebrate.

I've just realised that I have a copy of the photo on my HD but I feel a bit wierd posting someone elses work up when they themselves have taken it down.

Blimey, I don't know what to do? My initial thought is that there should be no problem, but I've thought that before about other things and been sadly mistaken.
Your advice please as I am in a quandary

What more do you want?

Hello there, and welcome SleepingWolf. Nice photos of Venice. I like using Slideshow Pro too, which reminds me to finish off customising the user interface I started months ago

We've been having a Heatwave here in Blighty recently. I took these shots a couple of days ago in Liverpool city centre. There are building works and roadworks and renovation going on all through the city at the moment in preparation for the 2008 Capital of Culture shenanigans.

kimson, 5 miles in flipflops, crikey, those things torment me I did not realise the Thames was that accessible, mind you, I've never been to Richmond.

Ian, it looks really hot there too.

Nah.... ya won't believe it, I just know, but we're freezing here...... night before last, the minimum was 13.6C; only 4C above the lowest July temperature ever recorded...... I got up and immediately crawled back under my doona on the couch.... too cold

Truly, I'm not pulling ya leg..... we all giggled when we read of your heat wave...... we're complaing because our current maximums are well below normal......only in the high 20C's.

Here's alink to todays local paper, lest you still think I'm kidding you..... the link will only be active for a week or so from todays date.

PS I do feel for ya, I know it's all relative..... I was born in Bristol...... but a loooooong time ago

PPS Almost forgot what it's all about.... I'm blaming the cold....it's still only 17C and it dropped to 12C last night... The photos, the photos...... great street photos..... there seems to be a lot less people that I would have expected... is it because of the roadworks? Kimson.... yummmmm... a walk in the water and a coool refreshing lager.... mmmmm, gooooood

Hey Tao
Thanks for the welcome. Would love to see your SSP when it's up and running.
Was bloody hot in Italy as well...over 40C almost each day when you factor in the humidity.

another street scene, an nobody was harmed in this photo

Tao: yes, the walk wasn't actually planned... We started walking towards Twickenham from Richmond, then my boyfriend decided he wasn't going back the same way and that we had to find a bridge to cross over... the nearest one being in Teddington, over two miles away along the Thames! At least I managed to take a few breaks and stick my feet into the water!
Also, I was walking in those streets you took some pictures of only two weeks ago, it would have been funny to find myself on them!
